  • warehousing - for storage and logistics

Serviced licence fees include:

  • Allocated work space
  • Building rates and buildings insurance
  • Contents insurance for anything owned or provided by Londoneast-UK
  • LondonEast-UK public liability insurance (does not cover client for their public liability)
  • Water rates
  • Utility charges (gas/electric/oil heating/lighting, 240 volt power)
  • 24/7 manned security control room, mobile patrol re: building and grounds
  • Office cleaning
  • Central mail collection and drop off point
  • Reception support service 9am – 5pm
  • Provision of dedicated car parking as specified within licence agreement
  • Maintenance of fixtures/fittings that are provided by Londoneast-UK
