Serviced laboratory space

LondonEast-UK offers a range of laboratory space within The Cube, a four-storey purpose-built office, science and R&D building. It offers a combination of large and small laboratories, fully-vented fume cupboards, benching, sinks, write up areas and individual cellular offices. The design is modular, allowing reconfiguration of internal walls. All lab modules are equipped with waste, water and air services. The top floor also includes a board room with good views across the site and across the local area which is available to hire.

Laboratories can be designed/changed/fitted out to suit the bespoke requirements of your business. Our experienced project team will work closely with you to ensure all your requirements are fully understood and delivered on time.

We also offer fully-serviced office space, meeting rooms and conference facilities within an adjacent building on LondonEast-UK.
